Dorset and Somerset Training Provider Network Ltd (DSTPN) have produced this fantastic directory Your Future Sorted! which is an essential resource designed especially for Somerset school students, parents, teachers, and further education stakeholders to explore the further education options available in our region.
Labour Market Information (or LMI) tells us the profile of the workforce and general employment trends in the local area. It helps us to understand which career sectors and companies employ the most people in South Somerset as well as the availability of specific jobs and popularity of certain apprenticeships. This enables us as adults as well as the young people studying at King Arthur’s School to make informed decisions about next steps within education and potential career pathways should we wish to remain in this area.
