PSHEE

Personal, Social, Health and Emotional Education is taught in tutor groups throughout Years 7-11. The sessions are led by tutors but often involve input from a range of speakers from services such as the police, fire service, NHS and universities. It links closely to our wider careers work in school..

PSHEE covers a wide range of topics from personal safety to future plans. It gives students a chance to explore a broad range of issues in a secure environment and to acquire the knowledge, understanding and skills they need to manage their lives. Much of PSHEE is about students having the knowledge to make informed choices, to ask questions and to be able to be responsible for their future choices in life.
