Read with Arthur: ‘On the Origin of Species’

Long ago, in a far distant time before social media, people would gather together and tell each other stories to while away those quiet moments when the work day was done. The BBC began a tradition of recording stories for a listening audience, with Children’s hour in 1922, followed by Listen with Mother in 1950.
In that tradition, we present ‘Listen with Arthur’. Members of KA Staff have recorded, for your listening pleasure a selection of stories.
We hope you will enjoy these offerings, and look out for more to follow – so as the story-teller might say – Sit back, relax and enjoy…

So here’s the first one – Mrs Huggins, reading ‘On the Origin of Species’ by Charles Darwin.
